    Answer:Membership price depends on which type of membership you like. If you want the most freedom to come and go, choose our monthly membership. If you want to be fit and live healthy the year round, choose our yearly membership.


  2. Question:Can I try the club before I sign a contract and become a member?
    Answer:Yes. Our 3-days try-before-you-buy trial membership lets you try our club absolutely free, with no risk or obligation, before you decide to become a member. Come and visit us today. Meet our staff, hangout with our members, and evaluate our service.


  3. Question:Can I get a special offer or special discounts?
    Answer:We pride ourselves on treating every single member the same every single day and time. And to our member’s trust, we don’t make individual deals or offer wild discounts with new members. We guarantee that any new member who signs up after you will never pay less than you did.


  4. Question:Do I have any other payment options?
    Answer:Yes. You can pay in cash or through your credit card, whichever convenient to you.


  5. Question:As a member, can I bring a guest with me to the club?
    Answer:Yes. Guests are always welcome to the club. Before coming, simply call the club and register your guest. As a member, you may bring up to two guests with you to the club at any one time. Your guests are entitled to the same privileges you have. To bring more guests, you can purchase a one-day visit at a discounted rate.


  6. Question:Do you have lockers and towel service?
    Answer:We have a large number of free day use lockers, and a limited amount of rental lockers for those who like the convenient of leaving their workout belongings at the club. Grand Kai provides free towels for every member at no costs.


  7. Question:Are there extras to pay once I’ve joined Grand Kai?
    Answer:No. However, if you wish to step up your fitness level, you can avail our one-on-one training, nutritional counseling, and massage therapy all for a discounted rate. In addition to our FREE Group exercise classes and use of our spa amenities, you will also have an opportunity to take advantage of our other unique complimentary benefits such as free cold and hot drinks.


  8. Question:Can I freeze my membership?
    Answer:Yes. You can freeze your membership at any time you like up to 3 months. We believe that exercise is the thing you need to take seriously to stay fit and healthy. All you have to do is call our customer service in advance and state your reasons, and it should be for medical or outstation or overseas assignments for more than 2 weeks.


  9. Question:If I renew my membership, do I get a discount?
    Answer:NO. But if you renew your membership one or two months before the end of your contract period, you get special gifts.


  10. Question:Can I sign a membership application online?
    Answer:Yes. Our online membership application is just a click of a mouse. Just fill up the necessary space required and send it to us. We will print your application, and all you have to do is to sign it when you come. It’s very easy!


  11. Question:If I am not satisfied with your service, can I pull out my membership in full?
    Answer:No. Once the membership has been paid, no refund will be issued. Memberships are personal, non-refundable and non-transferrable under any circumstances.
